Which of these two laptops should I buy?
Basically, I use a computer mainly for watching movies and the Internet. I dont play any games, etc.
The Dell is a bit cheaper, but I wonder if the one from Costco might be a better buy because of the longer warranty. however, the Dell offers the same extended warranty for an additional $100.
My other concern is the screen. Is there a big difference between the two? Should I be looking for something better since I mainly just watch movies?

Nice suggestion on the Dell by a previous answerer (in case you're wondering that was sarcasm), did you even look at the specs between the two computers, the HP from Costco carries an extended warranty at no extra charge, double the RAM (4GB vs. the 2GB's in the Dell), the HP has dedicated graphics where the Dell's graphics are shared and the HP has 500GB of storage space at 7,200RPM where the Dell is only 160GB at 5,400RPM, basically for the extra cost, buy the HP because once you include the warranty cost with the Dell, for the $100 in difference you are getting a much more powerful laptop and at the same size as the Dell.
