Any body out there have a DELL INSPIRON 13 or DELL XPS 13? Are they good laptops?
Don't buy Dell....!!!!
In one year I have had to change my motherboard twice, the memory stcks three times and the OS loaded half a dozen times...
I used to buy all my electronics from them, until recently. Their customer suport is in INdia. They had no clue about what was worng with my computer. I knew more than tha support tech there. Eventually I had to take the desktop to my local shop to get it fixed, which Dell did not pay for.
Worse... since I sent a cusomer complaint, someone tehre has now signed up my email to an indian spam service! Its the version of facebook for indians....
So... don't buy Dell!!
Try toshiba instead. They have good laptops and for alsightly more price, you get quality.
