I have two 2Gb ram cards in my laptop, and yet it says on computer properties tha I only have 3070Mb of ram.?
It is 32bit, does this alter the amount of ram? does it alter the ram I can use? I know I have 4Gb of ram but does this mean I only have 3? or is it deisplaying wrong?
So I dont have the processing power of 4 gigs of Ram? only 3? or does it just think I dont? but I do?
The display is correct. 32 bit operating systems will only "see" a little over 3 GB ram. 64 bit systems will see more.
