If I buy an Apple Laptop 2GB how would I install RAM?
It says it expandable to 8GB of RAM. I know you can buy RAM but how would I install it?

Upgrading RAM involves opening your computer/notebook therefore voiding warranty. Your best/safest option would be to get Apple to do it for you. They should advise you on specifications so you'll buy compatible RAM and they should install it for you, since you're covered by warranty.
