what application can i use to transfer files from my laptop to iphone 3g and put it as an icon?
i have a cd rom with files that i would like to transfer, can anybody help
What kind of files you have?
There is an app called File lite. You can install this app and upload all the files on it from computer and then you can open file on iPhone and download those files onto device.
But you cant put them as icon. ITs pretty easy to work with Files but the only limitation is on lite version is you can upload files up to 20MB if you have big files then install full version File.
Another way is download Glide destop on computer

Then install a free app iDownload from iTunes App store.
Upload all files on Glide from computer.
Open iDownload on you iPhone and log into Glide through iDownload built in browser,
You can downloade all the files that you uploaded from computer.
Another amazing feature of Glide is, you can upload video in any format, Glide can play them right on iPhone and iDownload can download them onto your device so .
