is it possible installing same windows 7 onto 2 computers?
the windows 7 DVD was bought at a retail computer shop. my main laptop has 4GB of ram, so works fine with the windows 7 64bit. but would my old computer which has 512mb ram be alright? if not whats the minimum requirement?
A few problems
1 - You can only use the Windows 7 licence key you bought on one computer (unless you bought multiple licences).
2 - 512MB ram isn't really enough to run Windows 7 anyway, would recommend at least 2Gb.
3 - Very high chance that if your computer is quite old it wont have a 64-bit CPU in it either, so 64-bit windows probably wont work anyway.
