hello to all, I have a HP Pavillion ze2000 notebook (laptop) and I was wondering if I can leave it on 24-7?
providing I close all the programs down, and just use the screen saver?

no, you shouldn't leave your computer on 24/7. the only computers built for that kind of activity is servers.
change your power mgmt settings (in control panel) at least to shut off the hard drive and monitor after 1 hour of inactivity.
however it's better to shut it down when you're not using it. laptops don't have the cooling abilities as desktops and towers. allowing it to run, nonstop, can reduce the life of it
