Acer Laptop charger problems?
My laptop charger doesn't seem to be working properly. It's brand new, and I just got it in the mail today. When plugged into my laptop when it's 'asleep' or off, the charger works perfectly. But when I try to charge it and use the laptop at the same time, it only works for a few minutes before turning off. The orange charge light on the computer will blink; the green light is always on.
Is there maybe a problem with my laptop? The new charger is exactly the same as the last one.
Definitely a new charger should fix the issue right up. Its defective. Try to replace the one you have now for a new one (send it back) and that should fix the problem. I had a similar issue and when I got a new one it fixed it right up.
