Hi I was using my laptop for a couple of weeks some time even until morning from earlier day?
Now i feel shoulder joint pain and pain in throughout my right hand, like heavy pain in arm, forearm , however i stopped using laptop / or computers for a couple of days, but still pain is very intensive and in my index finger i feel the blood circulation is slow, what has happened to my hand and shoulder joint. Which specialist should i consult and how mediation and yoga helps this.

There are several possibilities here, I think your first port of call should be your doctor. There is the faint possibility that this may be cardiovascular in origin, but this is unlikely, as slow blood flow feeling is localised to the index finger. This may in fact be neurological ("parasthaesia") and originates from the neck (Nerve root C6). Raynaud's disease (spasmodic interruption to the blood flow of the arm) is unlikely for the same reason. A doctor is usually best equipped for blood flow testing, should this be necessary.
The most probable cause is neurological compression in the neck due to joint restrictions and muscle tightness- don't worry this is quite easy to treat. Your Osteopath or Chiropractor should be able to deal with this fairly efficiently. Prolonged use of laptops is a very frequent cause of neck/shoulder and arm pain. Stopping will certainly help but it will take time for the effects to become apparent without any treatment. Mediation and yoga are excellent ways of reducing the muscle tension and loading on the neck joints and nerves. The osteopath/chiropractor should also advise on prevention of this problem in future, by changes to posture, awareness and breathing exercises etc.
