Is this laptop a good deal in Wal Mart?

I don't know that much about all the things it says, so if anyone does know about computers it would really help!
What I want in a laptop:
* To go on the internet.
* A webcam
* Store music/photos/emails
* Something not too dear.
Is the memory good? The laptop will basically be for chatting online, emailing and searching the web.

It seems to be a fair price, Acer is a good brand with terrible tech support. I would purchase this netbook but only expect it to last 1-2 years. Walmart is not the best place to purchase a computer, Staples or Costco have better return policies.
It should be acceptable for moderate use but netbooks only have limited capabilities. They are pretty slow and can't do everything a larger laptop can do.
