How much should I charge a friend for a used laptop?
The laptop is ASUS, a pretty good brand. 2 yrs old but with a new motherboard. Comes with a cheap case and bluetooth usb dongle. Battery lightly used.

All right, I have offered it for 225 which I think is fair considering deals that will be out soon. I would vote for best answer, but I'm not level 2. They should make an exception if you're the OP.
I wouldn't ask for more than $250.00 tops.
Remember it is only 1GB mem and 100G HDD and 2 yrs old.
In-laws just bought a laptop ,new from a retailer,major brand name,2 GB Mem, 250 G HDD,Vista, Intel dual core,DVD/Blue Ray etc....for something like $800.00....that was in July of this year.
I know it sucks but hey.....thats computers.
