Will Apple send me a new Battery for my Ipod Touch second generation?
My Ipod Touch is 2 years old and isn't under contract anymore. The battery has been acting weird. Instead of charging normal it charges backwards. I'm just wondering if i call Apple and ask them to get me a new Battery for a replacement of my old one, will they do it? or do i have to send my Ipod to them to get it fixed? or since it isn't under contract anymore will they refuse?
Apple will help you arrange to send it in for battery replacement and will be a charge.
