true or not, pismo beach is a more boogie/wake board beach than surf?

anyone catch any good waves to surf out there?

Yeah I used to go surfing by the pier all the time. Like the other person said Shell Beach which is just a little north has some better waves but you have to climb down a little cliff to get to a lot of the good spots.
