should i be worried about pup?
we have a new jack russel pup she is 8 weeks and 2 days we have had her for about 24 hours now last night she sleeped in my bedroon in her temporary cardborad box it was ok she just keept waking up and wineing, tonight we are going to try and make her sleep down stairs on her own in her new basket and stuff we got for her in the kitchen the door will be open so she can go to the bottem of the stairs i know theres going to be alot of wineing but i am hoping she will just fall asleep is there anything i should be concerned about i am just abit worried for some reason...?
She will be fine, she is just lonesome and seeking attention. Ignore the whining. It may take a few days even a few weeks. Eventually the crying will stop and she will be a peaceful pup. I would suggest a crate to put her and cover it with a blanket. Dogs feel more secure in crates, it helps prevent accidents, and you do not have to worry about her getting into anything.
