SO confused, please help:(?
Okaay, so nearly a year ago, I bought a laptop and got the warranty, not quite sure which kind, but i bought it from best buy. I need to send it back in now, because when I was carrying it in my laptop case the handle slid from my arm and my laptop in the case fell a few inches and it cracked the hinges/power button. It's hard to explain what really happened, but I need to know how i'm supposed to get in touch with best buy about it over the phone and send it back in. I need a phone number but I can't find one over their website.. please help i'm blonde when it comes to this stuff !
