Best laptop for my wants and needs?! Music?
I'm a musician. What's the best laptop for creating and recording music? Maybe one with music programs already installed? I dunno. I'd like this plus all the basic things like cdr/dvdr, some nice ram and harddrive space, wifi, nice screen, and what-have-you. I was thinking about getting a mac, but I really don't know that much about computers. I think off the top of my head that $1500 is the most I'm going to be able to pay. (this might change since I wont be getting one for a few months)
Any help would be appreciated.
Okay, almost everyone is saying to get mac, but what model?
get a mac alright..But if ur primarily going to use it for music then u rily wouldn't need to use ur 1500 budget...Those are apt for gaming laptops...Mac is good for mild entertainment purposes like music and movies...The software you download or buy is what really makes the difference if you're gonna mix or create music...Do a research on music software..I recommend about atleast 100 or 120 GB of HDD space..1 GB RAM is enough...of course wifi u said it..The video card could be an onboard integrated one..You don't really need the flashy GeForce bla bla since ur mostly going to be dealing with music..
Oh btw,,go for a big screen, about 14" or maybe anything up to 15"? The bigger, the cheaper y'know...lol...Hope I Helped! ^-^
