Trying to tap into my wireless router with new Toshiba/centrino laptop. It ID's signal but won't communicate!
My new Toshiba/centrino laptop identifies high speed signal from my router but does not communicate. My present Compaq Presario communicates (2-way) just fine. Could somebody guide me through the process of getting my Toshiba to communicate?
try this ... type in the search bar on ie or firefox 192.168.1.1 ... and see if you can configure it that way ... if not ... plug in an IP under ... network connections- TCP/IP - then plug in an IP there ... good luck
