Requirement for intel core I3 CPU/motherboard?
I would like to know if I am able to use the PSU of my old pentuim 4 Pc?
I am changing to MSI motherboard Intel® P55-based mainboard which uses intel i3 processor. But not sure if the PSU or power supply unit from my pentuim 4 computer is enough to power up my new motherboArd? And also if the motherboard is able to fix to a ATX chassis, cause the MSI motherboard is M-ATX. Thank you!

It might meet the minimum requirements, but I would never recycle a psu from an ancient Pentium 4 class system.... it's almost guaranteed to fail soon (how long has that computer been running?) and when cheap psus fail, they can fry other components. Spend $50 for a a new 500W Antec- you'll be happier and safer.
Yes, micro ATX motherboards fit ATX cases- they just leave a little extra room inside the case, but the screw mounts are in the same place.
