What do i wear and how do i become popular at a new public school?
I go to a private school with uniforms. I am popular, and I want to be popular in my new school too, but I have no idea how. I am going into eighth grade in an international IB (International Baccalaureate) school. There are no uniforms. I know this sounds lame, but i have no idea how to dress myself. The only times I actually dress myself is when I go to parties, and you can imagine what i wear. (short skirts, tube tops, cleavage, thongs, the works) I am pretty sure i can't wear this stuff to school. So what should i wear? Keep in mind that i wanna be popular. Oh i have golden clear skin, dark dark brown long, curly hair, brown eyes, white straight teeth, long nails, big boobs, nice as$, legs and arms. Lots of people tell me i am hott. I am also smart. I have my own cell phone, palm pilot, laptop and i-pod. I am outgoing, full of life and i laugh easily. Is this enough to make me popular at my new school? Or do i need more? if so, what do i need? And what do i wear?!
You know, you don't need fancy stuff like palm pilots and lap tops to make you popular. do you honestly want to make friends who like you for your expensive stuff and what they can get, borrow or steal from you. You want friends who like you for who you really are. A young girl, who is confident, smart and friendly.
You obviously don't have trouble getting clothes...its just a matter of wearing appropriate ones..or rather something 'cool' or 'the in thing'. Its school..just dress as all the others dress..simple..comfy..if you want and can afford it..maybe elegant..just don't over do it..
Don't flash all your fancy i-pods, cell phones, and lap tops on your first few days at school...other kids might think of it as showing off. Just use it if you really have to...do it naturally..don't be pretentious..
I don't think there is any more things that you need..you seem to have more than necessary..
You also say you are out going..in that case..making friends should not be a problem..
One last thing....to become popular..you have to become a person first. To become a person..you have to learn to have the attributes such as honesty..loyalty..humility.. and many others. Only when you have all these attributes and you use them well...consider yourself popular..
I wish you all the best in your new school...remember..its who you are and not what you have and what you wear that matters..
