ok freaked out? pls help : ?
hey i have a white macbook laptop and it gets loads of handprints on it lol cause its white!! so i clean it with the cloth that came with it BUT yeaterday i noticed the front of the laptop when you turn it out towards the light you can see little light scratches why is this i keep it in a case and its never outside any were with me im very carefull with it i dont put it down on hard surfaces? so why like you cant see it when you dont turn the laptop out toward the sun light are these just general everyday scratches???? have you a macbook and is it like this when you turn it towards he sun light is it because its white : / pls help would love to ere from you
its only about 2months old
The plastic that it is made from is not all that hard, so it does get scratched. Everyday wear and tear causes this to almost all laptops, but normally only Mac owners notice them, because mac owners tend to look at their laptops a lot more as fashion items rather than just as tools, and while minor scratches on a tool don't matter, minor scratches on a fashion item do.
Don;t worry about it, but ask next time you're in an Apple shop.
