How long is the life of my battery?
The battery in my notebook doesn't go as long between charges as it used to. What is the expected life span of these batteries and is there a way to "restore" one.
My notebook is a compaq presario 2200
The life of a laptop battery depends on how many charge/recharge cycles you put it through. That's why I always run mine on AC when its avaiable. Typically they last anywhere from 2-3 years. Also letting a laptop battery run completely out is something to be avoided to help prolong life.
