Which is a better processor, Intel Core 2 Duo or Intel Pentium Dual Core?
I know there are different models of each, but stacking the standard, analogous models against each other to the extent possible, which is the better processor?
Pentium D isnt Hyperthreaded for it's second core. It has 2 Physical Cores.
Where do you people get your info? The Pentium-D CPU is most certainly EMT64?
Anyway,
Core 2 Duo is the newer dual core technology. And by far hands down, better than any Dual-Core Pentium, or Pentium-D CPU to be precise.
Hyperthreading would have been a P4-HT
