How to broaden my shoulders and beef up my arm muscles?
Okay Im 16 yrs old, 5'4, still growing, already have hair on my pubes, but strangely no hair yet on my armpits.
My shoulders are really low, I hunch whenever I stand normally, and i think its because of my position everyday, looking down on the computer hunching, or lying down on the couch edge with my neck elevated, to look at my laptop.
Im a metrosexual, slender, noble graceful, elite, elegant etc...
but a while ago, now as I looked at the mirror, I kinda like to have more muscles on my arms, and my shoulders to rise and broaden up, my 10 yr old sister has broader shoulders than me.
Any advice? is this because of my health, age and height?
Im a vegetarian, I love vegetables, but I also love to drink coffee, and I sleep normally at 3am - 11 am everyday (its summer here) and right now ,its 4 am here.
no coz I thought that its normal for guys to develop hair both in the pube and armpit at the same time.
why do we care about your pube hair? and going to bed at 3am isnt normal. but whatever. ok what you should do is join a gym and get a trainer and then just lift some waeights 3 times a week! that'll beef ya up! hope i helped.
