Should I buy a new fan/heat sink for this CPU?
I have no experience for over clocking but I have been building and repairing computers for years.

So I know I can over clock it. My question is, will the stock fan/heat sink hold out for over clocking. Or do I have to purchase some fancy new set for my cpu. O and what are normal temperatures my cpu should be when it is over clocked.

Is it better than the Phenom II's heatsink/fan?
If you're doing serious overclocking then no, your stock fan wont do. Your best bet is to get an all copper fan.
Depending on what type of cooling you are using overclocking temps can go anywhere from 55-75 degrees celsius.
Its all about the cooling really.
