I got a new HP Pavilion laptop and I can't use my function keys?
My function keys on my keyboard on my new hp pavilion dm4 laptop have multiple uses. I.E. My function keys f5-f8 control my windows media player, f9-f11 are my volume controls and f12 is my wifi button. I went to play a game that requires some of those and it didn't recognize them because the function keys are the secondary use. I don't even know how to use them as function keys, help?
You need to hold down FN while you press the function keys to use them as normal F keys.
