Would I be able to install Mac OS X Leopard on my Hp pavilion dv6 laptop?
i like the idea of having a mac but it is an expensive thing to get 
so what if i instal linux or something of that sort would that work?
yes, you'll need a specific version of Mac and it usually relates to your processor
grab a copy of VMWare and mess around with a hacintosh
it will NEVER run perfectly like on a mac though, usually the display is a bit off flickers etc
