My DVD/CDRW wont read files. Is it dead or can it be fixed?
All was working well a few weeks ago, no new programs or system changes. The system (WinXP) sees the drive, and the drivers and hardware settings are all reporting 'no problem'. Suddenly its decided there is no disk in the drive. The computer is 36months old.
Get an air duster and blow into the tray. That might dislodge the dusts.
