How to install a cd/dvd drive onto a laptop?
I just bought a new cd/dvd drive for my laptop. I already put it in my laptop and it should be ready to go. BUT my laptop says that it failed to install. How do I install it? *Plus I tried putting a cd in already and it wont work since its not installed. I heard I might have to do something with the motherboard? PLEASE HELP!!!!!
If the new drive came w/ a CD, install the firmware. Otherwise, download the latest firmware of that new CD/DVD drive.
