Just installed Windows 7 onto an old Acer Aspire laptop running XP, and find that the wireless LAN card is no?
longer detected, and videos/DVD's will not play. Any pointers from this communities many IT experts would be much appreciated!
Check if your old Acer meets the system requirements for Windows 7. If its not Windows 7 capable then you will have problems on your Hardware, drivers as well as with softwares.
