Yesterday, I bought this pretty looking Logitech V550. It hurt my hand while using it . Is it Ergonomic? Help!?
So, Yesterday I went to this electronics shop in anticipation of buying a cool and new mouse for my laptop.
While I was searching for a nice mouse, I this pretty Logitech V550 caught my eye. It looked awesome with it's tiny usb. The price was a little high bu I told my self, why buy something if you're not going to, buy the right thing. So I bought it. When I came home, I was so excited. I immediately did the necessary things.
When I tried using it, after a few hours, It hurt my hand so bad that I werent able to move my it. I tried giving it to my friends and they told me that this mouse wasnt ergonomic.
I was devastated. I tried over and over but my hand wouldnt stop hurting. My right ring and pinky fingers really hurt.
So I decided to make some research from the internet but couldnt find anything.
I dont know what to do. The store wont take it back, they have such a policy. It's really cool looking, but my hand REALLY hurts!
first, go to a doctor and ask if you have carpel tunnel syndrome. bring your mouse. follow their directions. also, try the following link, because hand posture may also be part of the problem.
