Best OS for Netbook PC?
I recently purchased a Fujitsu Lifebook P-1032. It has reasonably low specs:
700 MHZ Transmedia Crusoe processor
128 MB RAM
It Currently has Windows XP Pro installed and runs ok-ish. I know there are many open-source OS's out there. Would it benefit me to install one of those in hopes to gain some more usability and speed? If so, which one is the best? Ubuntu? Puppy Linux?
also, the lifebook has a touchscreen. I need to keep that functional with a new OS, anything i need to do special?
Try Joilcloud. I've been using it for a few months on one of my netbooks. It's sweet and fast.
