How would I go about restoring my Gateway laptop/ notebook to it's factory settings?
I've tried system restore, my computer only allows me to go back as far as January 11, but I believe the problem occurred before then. I tried restarting my computer, pressing F11, and following the prompts to insert my restore disc; that didn't seem to work properly either. Please help.
