Can i replace the processor in my dell inspiron 1525 laptop?
I have a dell inspiron 1525 laptop. The processor on it is an intel celeron processor, I'm thinking of changing the processor to an intel i7 processor but i don't even know if number 1: this processor will work or number 2: if the processor in my laptop is even removable. Does anybody have any info that could help me???
ok so theres no way i can remove and replace the processor let alone install the i7?
The two processors use entirely different sockets, so even if you DID remove the old processor, the new one would not work in your laptop.
