Which is better a Pentium III 800MHz or a Intel core 2 E4400 CPU?
By far the Intel Core 2 e4400.
The Core 2 duos are the newer processors that intel has out, this of them as the Pentium 5 or 6. Plus, that processor runs at 2000mhz.
The pentium III processors were top of the line back in 1998.
I do want to say that these processors are two completely different architectures and you are unable to simply plug a Core 2 Duo processor into the same motherboard as a Pentium III.
