What is the difference between Intel Core i5 and i7?
What is "Intel Core" in general? And which one is superior? Explain with thorough description!
well Intel core is the newer Intel processers for their new line of cpus it’s a step up from the Pentium series .
The core i7 is better because it supports hyper threading and the core i5 does not. Which means each core has two threads to share the work load so the operating system sees each thread as a core. For instance windows 7 will show a core i7 as an eight core cpu and a core i5 as a four core cpu.
Also the core i7 980xe is a hexa care cpu and the best core i5 is only a quad core
