Acer Mini Laptop Netbook please help?
Anyone of you have Acer netbook 10.1 inch with windows xp home 160 gb hard disk and 1 gb Ram...If yes then please suggest me if this is good I am planning to buy but someone said that In this netbook the problem is of online video streaming like you tube video problems...is this true or not please give me in details please please....Whether I buy this 10.1" inch laptop or not...
1. My siter has this Netbook - It works fine with Youtube, my sister is on that all day it seems.
2. These laptops are good in the sense of being cheap and useable for simplistic needs
3. No Netbook (so far) can play proper games (by that i mean like Crysis or GTA IV, excluding things like flash games and other simple games), usually due to the lack of power.
4. This Netbook will run Photoshop CS2 & Adobe Fireworks 8 almost perfectly
5. It has no problem in running iTunes, MSN & Firefox at the same time.
6. The speakers are nothing to woop about, but does come with a 3.5mm port for external speakers.
7. The Crystal-Eye Cam is great, the microphone is standard
8. The screen is reflective, so is hard to use in sunny conditions
9. The keyboard & touch pad can become worn easily with everyday use.
10. The battery life on it htis maxium 1.5 hours for my sister.
11. The price you pay is what you get, an affordable, but durable, netbook.
12. Touch-Pad on the slight small side.
