Sorry, not really.
This computer is simply not to be a graphics computer. It has no dedicated GPU and only the suckish IntelHD graphics chip. This means it won't be very fast at rendering images or video, and the quality won't be as good in general.
You need something with a dedicated GPU for using cs4 and autocad.
