Problems with Blu Ray on Sony Laptop?
I currently have a Sony laptop and most Blu Ray movies are working fine, except for the animated movies i.e. Meet the Robinsons. Anyone know why?
What is the issue? Does the disc not load? Any Error Messages?
One thing that I have seen is on most Sony Laptops with a Blu-ray drive is that they do not have the region code setting set up on it yet. The discs that are working are most likely region free (A, B, C). Meet the Robinsons is only Region A. I would recommend contacting Sony and setting up the region code. The number for them is 1-888-476-6972.
