Can i install a bluetooth card on my pavillion 9930us myself?
I am thinking about getting another computer JUST to add the bluetooth feature, and another laptop is $1300, HOW can i install it myself?
You should look into buying a bluetooth dongle. At a computer store, the device could run at around $20. Buying it online, you could grab one for closer to $10:

Since XP, Windows has a bluetooth utility already installed. So plugging the device into a USB port and installing the drivers (on a disk that came with the device) will give you full bluetooth functionality within 10 minutes!

EDIT: Regarding Brian's comment: There are mini PCI-E Bluetooth/ wifi cards that would perform faster and increase wireless functionality, but they would require you to void your warranty as Brian said. Buying one would allow you to free up a USB port, but they often cost much more, too. If you're interested, here's a link:
