Need help clearing up a problem with my telephone company what should I do?
I have a bundle package with thia company. Started in March 2009. Combined phone, internet,dish and a computer with this company. I ordered a laptop,they sent a desk top. They said I had to return it before they would send a laptop. Sounds very reasonable right. I sent the desktop back. I waited 3 weeks called them with the number from UPS stating they had the computer . Finally got the lap top. Now they bill me for both computers. This problem is still not resolved. Can someone please help.?
Call them a tell them you are call the Better Business Bureau, and have employed an Attorney to Sue them for "Bait and Switch, and un-ethical tactics."
Cancel the service, and Inform them them "That you are Suing them".
Send everything back, but Erase the drive first, Format C: -- and other drives drives listed, do C: last. -- you in end give them a "dead PC"
Tell them if they can't be on the "Up and Up", You will no longer deal with them and report them on RipoffReport.com.
Then Go for it.
