help resetting a combo lock for a laptop?
yesterday I bought a laptop lock at Walmart, It was $15 (unknown name at the moment) It a 6.5m lock cable thats black and its got a 4 digit code lock. Its got a button on the end and a slide button in the top. Well I have locked it (luckly just on its own) But Now i need to figure out the code before i use it. I wil go to walmart and have a look at the name when i have a chance. Anythought would be great
start at the first number. turn it once, and look for a space between the numbers when you try to pry them apart.. when you see a large space (larger than normal) then move onto the next number. repeat this and it will make it easier to find a code this way than search through ten thousand different combinations.
