help! my laptop charger doesnt work!?
Yesterday I had put my lenovo r61 laptop to sleep without connecting to the mains power . Well when i connected it to the mains power it just seemed to work as if on battery and even it wud not show tht the power was on and now i hv 50% battery left and charger not working . Someone help me i need to use it very badly . any suggesion on how to solve it and if it cant be solved thn lists of service centers of lenovo in lucknow .........

Sadly you have a problem - and I fear the quickest way to get a resolution to it will probably be to take your machine to a computer repair shop. They will be able to determine where the problem is.
Either your chargers is faulty - or your computer is. They will probably charge about £25 for this service.
If you are unfortunate your problem will lie with your laptop and the connection on the motherboard. Your local shop may be able to fix that - bur many do not - owing to the compact design of laptops.
In that case go to Google and enter Laptop repairs and see what comes up. I would then phone one or two of the names produced and ask if they would be able to repair your machine - and how much they would charge.
A firm offered to repair the connection on my Acer machine - collect and deliver it for just under £100 and it is still working.
