My mp3 player and digital photo keychain use the same little cable to recharge on my laptop.?
Is there such a thing as a cable that will charge them with AC power instead of using my laptop? Or is there an adapter that I could use with the computer cable?
thanks richie...after i saw your link, i went walmart.com, and saw a similar adapter AND it also comes with an adapter for the car's lighter, for $14.88 plus shpg and tax. so many gadgets!!!
If you're looking at, say, a mini USB connection. . . those are standardized and seem to work with anything else.
I know lots of people with non-freebie cell phones can just use the AC adaptor from those. If the plug seems to fit in the hole, it seems like you may be fine doing that. I bought one years ago with a player, and it works fine for the rest of my newer players as well.
Things tend to charge noticeably faster from the wall since the available power is greater than what runs to a USB port, so I'd really recommend getting one.
