how do i use both a laptop screen and and external monitor as a dual screen system?
I just want to have a dual screen display to run using my laptop as the system and just connecting a second monitor for the dual setup. So basically instead of using a desktop computer as the system i want to use the laptop as the system and use both the external monitor and the laptop screen as the 2 monitors. Sorry if I am not clear and any help is awesome.
It may well be possible if your graphic adapter is a true dual-head model. Try the manufacturer's utility (e.g. nvidia) not Windows settings
