i would like someone to help me about my laptop and how do i find it or do i have download it ??

The web cam is built in on that model. When you say you can't find it, don't you see the little camera eye on the display?

Added; Might I suggest emailing Customer Care at eMachines and asking them what software operates your webcam? They might be able to answer your question better.
