Should I use Webroot Or Microsoft Security Essentials?
Right now I am using Microsoft Security Essentials, and so far it has caught everything that has come my way and kept my laptop clean. But I am wondering if I should get more protection like the Webroot kits, or if I should just keep MSE. People say that Webroot is good, but I have never used it before and don't wanna buy into something that doesn't do what it was made to do.
I'd just stick with MSE unless you don't mind spending money. I had Webroot for a couple years and had no problems with it. I thought it was a good program, but I just can't justify paying for an anti-virus when there are good free alternatives. MSE is very good and Malwarebytes compliments it well as a backup or "second opinion" scanner.
