Closing my Laptop?
I was wondering, the way I turn off my laptop ( which is usually after hours of use ), is I shut it off, wait for it to turn off and then I fold it back down. Usually I'll wipe it down with a static-free, alcohol-free cleaning wipe to keep it nice and shiny. The keyboard usually has a bit of heat coming off of it, but nothing you're going to cook with. It just feels like a warm summer afternoon, that's the best analogy I have for it. I was wondering if that warmth will harm my screen when I fold it down? In the long run.
No, it shouldn't, they are made and tested so that the screen can go against anything by the keyboard (if you know what i mean?) It wont do any harm for the screen as screens also get hot when they are on for a long period of time
