How do I get sound/audio out of my laptop HDMI port?
I have connected my laptop to my samsung HDTV through the HDMI connection on my laptop and TV... Now I AM getting a good video connection but there is no audio coming through to the TV. Can anyone PLEASE tell me how to fix this problem? 10 points for first answer that works THANK YOU!!!
You need to right click on your Volume icon in the system tray and select "playback devices".
Select the option which allows "Digital Audio (HDMI)" and select it as the default device.
