what feedback to leave on ebay?
bought an item of ebay which was misleading. It was a lap mat/ laptop tray which was meant to be heat resistant instead it stained my jeans. It was cheap.
I don't want to hassle around contacting the seller and sending it back for a refund.The seller has 100% positive feedback. should I just leave neutral feedback?
Why not try and see if the seller will try to fix the situation first. How can you leave negative feedback without seeing what the seller is going to say or do about? Just be patient, just like you can leave feedback, they can reply to you.
Also, if you feel like you were mislead and that person is a dishonest seller, why just leave the neutral?
