How can I fix laptop lcd screen?
I change the LCD and also the inverter but I still get a dull display in the Screen. What other suggestions do you have?

Well, what you have done so far is an amazing feat for the average user and most techs. You have a known good LCD screen and known good compatible Inverter recently installed, Right?
If you are sure the parts you just installed are good then we can eliminate them which leaves 3 things.
1. The display adapter is incorrectly installed or defective.
2. The connection hardware components that go from the display adapter to the display output device are loose, damaged or shorted out (ribbons, slots, wires and connectors)
3. The power being supplied to the display output device is diminished or shorted.
You are going to have to disassemble everything you have done and very closely examine the component pathway from the source to the Inverter and LCD.
Of course you have already checked the laptop BIOS settings for display brightness when on battery of AC.
